Whilst care is taken to ensure that we display as accurately as possible appearances, colours, textures or finishes, what you will see on your digital monitor may slightly differ and so we cannot guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the actual item.

SHIPPING POLICY

All ready-made items will be shipped out within 3 business days after recieving payment.  Most items are shipped using Canada Post lettermail, and therefore they will not be trackable.  Please note that if items are leaving Canada, they will be cleared by customs by the recieving country, which may add to shipping time.  Any customs and duty fees will be your responsibility.

No refunds, so please ask all of your questions prior to purchasing.

This is me, promising to you, to keep your private information just that, private.  So here's the rundown of what information we collect, how, why, and what we do with it.

Any information you enter into our website is collected and stored by the Wix.com platforms secure severs.  Make a purchase...that information is stored.  Sign up for my newsletter...information is stored.  Contact me with a question...information is stored.  Also, simply browsing the website...Wix.com lets me know what has been viewed, and that information is stored.  Again, all this information being stored by the Wix.com platform.  Who gets to view this stored information you ask?  That'd be me.  I do not use any third party service providers, all information is only accesible by me and the website provider      Wix.
